Production

The Millésime is the reflection of a good year. This cuvee is made from our terroir’s old vines: 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier. Dosage of sugar: 8.5g/l.
Aged for at least 4 years in our cellars.

Tasting Notes

Robe: strings of effervescence; a golden hue with pale green highlights.
Nose: great complexity, white blossom, citrus fruits, buttery caramel.
Mouth: potent and delicate with a flinty finish.

A champagne for special occasions to share with select connoisseurs. Savour as an aperitif or with food such as scallops, white meat or apple tart.
